Under the hood is a supercharged 6.2-liter LT4 V8 engine that originally produced 650 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque, which is sent through a six-speed manual transmission to the rear wheels. The engine is not stock, however, having received a BTR Stage I camshaft upgrade kit that features a BTR Stage I (Supercharged) camshaft, BTR 0.660†Platinum valve springs, BTR Chromoly one-piece pushrods, a BTR trunnion upgrade, Clevite main bearings, and extensive supporting modifications.
